Resilient Structures, is a North American manufacturer of advanced composite utility poles for the electric transmission and distribution market. The Company's proprietary modular composite pole system delivers superior resiliency, longer asset life, and improved lifecycle economics relative to traditional wood, steel, and concrete alternatives - a growing differentiator as utilities harden their networks against extreme weather and wildfire risk.

Headquartered in Houston, RS operates production facilities in Tilbury, Ontario, St. George, Utah; and Houston, Texas.

Pure, a division of Werklund Environmental is a leading owner and operator of energy waste management infrastructure across Western Canada. The Company's diversified asset base spans salt cavern disposal, treatment facilities, and engineered landfills serving the oil sands, heavy oil, and conventional energy markets - a sector characterized by long-cycle waste streams, regulatory moats, and structurally attractive margins.

Intelligent Wellhead Systems (IWS) is a leading provider of digital control technologies that enhance the safety, efficiency, and automation of oil and gas well operations. At the core of its offering is InVision, a patented magnetic resonance-based sensor platform that allows operators to see through the pressurized wellhead stack and detect the position and dimensions of metallic objects within the wellbore - a transformative capability for wellsite safety and the foundation for broader operational automation. The Company was sold to Pason Systems in 2024.
